Terms of Service

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Vitrus BV, a private limited company organized under the laws of Belgium, with registered office at Vossekotstraat(Z) 117, 3271 Scherpenheuvel-Zichem, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0785.610.126 ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the Anveri iOS application (the "App") and the website https://anveri.app (together, the "Service" or "Anveri"). By using the Service you accept these Terms. Our Privacy Policy (https://anveri.app/privacy) explains how we handle your data.

2. Who can use Anveri

You must be at least 13 years old (or older if the law of your country requires it) and able to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, use Anveri with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. What Anveri is, and is not

Anveri is a daily planner. Based on what you tell it, it suggests a main focus, a few smaller actions and what can wait. Suggestions are generated by AI and can be incomplete or wrong: you stay in control of your day and decide what to do.

Anveri is not a medical, health or therapy service and not a crisis service. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you or someone else is in danger, call 112.

4. Your content and acceptable use

What you type into Anveri stays yours. You give us the limited permission needed to process it to provide the Service (see the Privacy Policy). Do not use the Service to break the law, to harm yourself or others, to attempt to access or disrupt our systems, to reverse engineer the App, or to extract content for training machine-learning models.

5. AI features

Plans and notes are written by large language models operated by our sub-processor Anthropic. Before your first plan, the App asks your permission to send planning information to Anthropic. Without that permission, Anveri shows a simple plan made on your device instead.

6. Anveri Pro subscriptions

Anveri Pro unlocks daily AI plans, re-planning with "Add to today," Patterns notes, light day mode and plan history. It is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple's App Store:

Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may differ by country and currency. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers): by starting a subscription you ask us to make the digital service available immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has started, to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect your other consumer rights.

7. Third-party services

Optional features rely on third parties: your iPhone calendar (Apple), weather forecasts and town lookup (Apple Weather and Apple Maps; MET Norway as a fallback). We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of their data, for example a forecast that turns out wrong.

8. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may improve or change the Service. If a change negatively affects your use of a paid subscription in more than a minor way, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel free of charge within 30 days. We may update these Terms; we will change the effective date above and tell you in the App about material changes.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Anveri at any time: cancel any subscription through Apple and delete the App (Settings → Erase everything and start over removes your data first). We may suspend access if you seriously breach these Terms; we will choose the least severe measure and tell you why, unless the law prevents it.

10. Liability

We provide the Service with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on a suggested plan. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or your statutory rights as a consumer (including the legal guarantee of conformity).

11. Intellectual property

The App, its design, texts and brand are owned by Vitrus BV or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Please contact support@anveri.app first so we can try to solve any issue. Disputes are brought before the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium, unless consumer law gives you the right to go to the courts of your place of residence. EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
